On August 24th, the 9th China Wind Power Aftermarket Exchange and Cooperation Conference, co-sponsored by the Wind Energy Machinery Branch of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association and China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation's Offshore Wind Turbine Division (referred to as "China Shipbuilding"), was grandly held in Yinchuan, Ningxia.

The conference, themed "Quality and Safety Escort Development, Innovative Service Enhance Value", focused on hot issues such as wind farm risk control and safety management, wind power operation and maintenance technology and innovative services, smart operation and maintenance, wind farm renovation and retirement recycling, and thoroughly discussed the problems and complete solutions of China's wind power aftermarket in the parity era.

At the conference, Yang Xingli, General Manager of China Shipbuilding Engineering Technology Company, was invited to participate in the dialogue section and exchange views with industry experts on the theme of "Quality and Safety Escort Development".

Yang Xingli believes that in the era of parity for wind power, the iteration speed of new models and the price reduction speed of mainframe manufacturers far exceeds expectations. While some mainframe manufacturers and supporting businesses focus on how to reduce costs, their motivation to invest in continuously optimizing products and improving product quality is somewhat lacking. This has led to a rising trend in the occurrence rate of quality and safety accidents, posing risks to operational work and also unfavorable to the healthy and sustainable development of the wind power industry.

China Shipbuilding has always regarded quality and safety as the bottom line and lifeline of enterprise development, adhering to the service concept of "Gold-Standard Service, Comprehensive Maintenance", and is committed to providing customers with wind power whole-life cycle integral solutions.

In terms of comprehensive maintenance, China Shipbuilding has comprehensive service capabilities in wind power transportation, lifting, load simulation, wind resources, EPC, major component replacement and maintenance, blade technology transformation, and has established ten onshore operation and maintenance centers in the north, central, south and west regions, and one offshore operation and maintenance business unit. It has also obtained various honorary qualifications such as "China Classification Society's five-star service certification for marine and land-based services" and "Top 10 Outstanding Service Organizations in China's Wind Power Industry", and can provide customers with comprehensive aftermarket services.

In terms of smart operation, China Shipbuilding has developed an intelligent operation platform with functions such as "intelligent analysis, precise operation and maintenance, and long-term monitoring" based on the LIGA big data platform, achieving real-time monitoring of the wind power whole-life cycle and closed-loop management of operation and maintenance. At the same time, it regularly analyzes all operating data of the wind farm, accurately evaluates the health status of each wind turbine, and carries out preventive maintenance to eliminate most faults at the bud stage, thus avoiding major quality and safety accidents.

In terms of safety management, China Shipbuilding adheres to regular inspections and investigations, discovers and handles problems in a timely manner, ensures stable operation of the unit, and conducts safety training from multiple dimensions such as enterprise safety culture, professional safety skills, safety operating procedures, emergency system planning, emergency response capabilities, and dual-prevention mechanism construction, etc., constantly improving employees' safety awareness and safety skills, and preventing safety risks from the source.

In terms of quality assurance, China Shipbuilding has always upheld the brand concept of "Planting a Wind Turbine, Establishing a Benchmark, Building a Wind Farm, and Creating a Demonstration" throughout the entire engineering construction process, recorded the full-process information from unit R&D, procurement, production, to wind farm installation, commissioning, and operation and maintenance through information technology means, analyzed high-frequency faults of units, target achievement, fault warning situations, etc., and continuously explored breakthroughs in seasonal maintenance, preventive maintenance, and other aspects to ensure high-quality and reliable operation of the units.

At the offshore wind power operation and maintenance technology and innovation service forum, China Shipbuilding presented a wonderful sharing based on the topic of "Discussion on the Efficiency Improvement Technology of Offshore Wind Turbine Hoisting and Commissioning", covering the background, key technologies, main achievements, and aftermarket applications of offshore wind power installation technology.

Since offshore wind power entered the parity era, wind turbine prices have continued to decrease, bringing tremendous cost pressure to offshore wind power construction. In this situation, continuously optimizing the hoisting and commissioning process of offshore wind power, solving the problem of poor accessibility and difficulty of installation and commissioning of offshore wind power, and continuously improving hoisting and commissioning efficiency are effective ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in offshore wind power.

Through key technology breakthroughs, China Shipbuilding has successively broken through the complex working conditions-based hoisting modeling technology, innovative design of hoisting tools and fixtures, optimization design of single-blade hoisting and matching processes, state-driven commissioning process optimization and control technology, and wind farm commissioning optimization and control technology based on "black start". This has improved hoisting efficiency by 25% and commissioning efficiency by 47%, and provided support for the high-quality development of offshore wind power.

In addition, in the paper solicitation and evaluation activity of the "9th China Wind Power Aftermarket Exchange and Cooperation Conference", China Shipbuilding's "Analysis of Wind Turbine Power Curve Based on SCADA Historical Data and Optimization Measures" stood out from more than 100 papers and won the award for outstanding papers.

With the tide pushing people forward and the wind blowing favorably, China Shipbuilding will ride on the "dual-carbon" strategy and continuously expand the aftermarket market, improve the level of operation and maintenance services, strengthen the comprehensive solution system construction of wind farm construction, whole-life cycle intelligent operation and maintenance, retrofit upgrades and recycling of old units, make every effort to optimize engineering technology services, create greater value for customers, and let the "China Shipbuilding" wind turbines continue to radiate vitality.
