The Administrative Department immediately launched a series of work to strengthen the prevention and control of novel coronavirus, ensuring employee health, taking care of the logistics support for resident workers at the factory, and actively applying to the Development Zone Management Committee for resuming production and work.
First, we carefully planned the epidemic prevention and control plan for resuming production and work of our department, and submitted it to the Development Zone Management Committee at the first time. Second, we conducted investigations into the recent travel history of all employees, and patiently explained the epidemic management measures and specific requirements of the development zone. Third, we arranged personnel to conduct a comprehensive disinfection of the factory area, including the workshops, canteens, employee dormitories, and other public areas of the plant. Fourth, we conducted an inventory and inspection of epidemic prevention materials, and replenished masks, disinfectants, protective clothing, and other epidemic prevention materials. Fifth, we insisted on conducting daily safety production inspections, comprehensively investigating key facilities such as workshop equipment, water and electricity lines, and promptly eliminating hidden dangers. Sixth, we communicated with the Development Zone Management Committee in a timely manner to report the company's control measures and accept the inspection of control measures, ensuring that the company became the first batch of enterprises to resume production and work in the park on the morning of the 17th day. Seventh, we strictly monitored the health of employees every day, notified, registered, and reported to all employees for nucleic acid testing, and managed the scanning, registration, and control of external personnel. Eighth, we strictly implemented the requirements of the park, implemented closed-loop management of logistics vehicles, and reported the arrival and departure of raw materials and shipment vehicles every day, arranging department personnel to pick up and deliver logistics vehicles at different times to ensure production and product delivery. Ninth, we took care of the logistics support and management of resident employees in the factory, providing three meals with good quality and quantity, and arranging temporary accommodation.
Epidemic prevention work is complicated, and there is no room for any carelessness. The Administrative Department's staff has taken the overall situation into consideration, made efforts, cooperated and assumed joint responsibilities, contributing to the maintenance of the company's production order.
