To motivate employees, the company selected outstanding employee representatives and teams through various effective methods such as assessment and voting, based on fair and just principles.
In order to recognize excellence, enhance the sense of belonging, and further stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of employees, on February 12, 2022, PolyCore Advanced Material Co., Ltd. held the annual award ceremony for outstanding employees in 2021, which was attended by the General Manager, Yao Shuming, and various department heads who presented awards to outstanding employees.
A total of 14 outstanding employees were recognized at the conference, representing different job positions such as production, research and development, quality control, warehousing, and engineering. The procurement department was awarded the title of Outstanding Team of the Year 2021!
