In order to promote communication among company employees, enrich their leisure time, and allow them to fully relax and exercise after busy work, a young and energetic team of nearly 70 people was formed, composed of outstanding employees in 2020, excellent students from team management training classes, 2021 management trainees, and department heads. They drove to Lingshan Ancient Trail Scenic Area to kick off the activity.
The members were randomly divided into six groups, each with a leader, and they climbed the ancient trail in an orderly manner, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way and laughing all the way.
As noon approached, everyone drove to Xieyuda Tea Park, brought their prepared ingredients, and gathered around the fire stove to start their cooking competition. Everyone did their best, making for a lively scene.
The essence of team building lies in teamwork! The post-lunch activities allowed everyone to experience this deeply. "Peach Blossoms Blooming," "Rolling Wheels," "Sixty Seconds at High Speed," and tug-of-war were just some of the group activities that let everyone appreciate the importance of teamwork while laughing and having fun.
