Prior to the competition, the company conducted extensive publicity and mobilization efforts, and carefully screened the qualifications of applicants. Ultimately, 12 people were selected to participate in the competition.
The competition consisted of two parts: "department evaluation" and "competition speech". The participants were comprehensively evaluated and assessed in both parts. The department evaluation was carried out by the relevant department, which evaluated the competitors based on five aspects, including "production organization", "safety management", "learning and innovation", "management capability", and "work style." The speech and defense parts were included in the on-site competition.
According to principles of voluntariness, fairness, justice, and a highly responsible attitude, the judges objectively and impartially evaluated the performance of the competitors.
After comprehensive assessment, ten people emerged as successful candidates for the position of team leader.
This competition is an attempt at talent management by the company and has certain significance for future talent selection activities for middle-level management positions.
